Quality Assurance

Qualifications:

> Knowledgeable on the tools and equipment such as Caliper, Pin Gauge, Height Gauge.

Injection

Qualifications:

> With experience as production operator

Engineering


Qualifications:
> Must be knowledgeable in injection-molding parameter
> Perform design and preparation of plans, specification and estimate for electrical power system, power plants, power distribution system including power transformer, transmission lines, and networks protection, switch gear, building wiring, electrical machines, equipment and others.
> Supervise the operation and maintenance of electrical equipment in industrial plants
> Supervise the manufacturer and repair of electrical equipment including switch board, transformer, generator, motors, apparatus and others
> Supervise the erection, installation, testing and commissioning transmission lines, industrial plants and others
> Assist the Production Engineering Supervisor in coordinating any construction projects of the company
> Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machine
> Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance
> Oversee/Perform daily inspection of facilities, building, electrical panels, cooling system, air supply and water supply
> Oversee that all preventive maintenance is properly terminated and on schedule
> Control stock count of spare parts and issuance
> Receive and encode all JO request and monitor its accomplishment
> Actively participate and support the 5S, Safety and Kaizen activity

Engineering


Qualifications:
> Supervise and perform facilities and building preventive and corrective maintenance
> Supervise and perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance
> Formulate and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
> Assist in the establishment of all production process line and procedures
> Oversee the New Project Development, Mold Maintenance, Facility,IT and Agrimate activities.
> Coordinate any construction projects in the company
> Coordinate all Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) permits related to engineering- Supervise and perform acquisition, installation, and commissioning of new equipments.
> Establish and provide all necessary technical data required for production, purchasing, and PPC use.
> Supervise all section members. Cultivate and level up their skills. Keep section moral up.
> Supervise and perform AutoCAD drafting, Jig design and fabrication, welding, and other in-house fabrication
> Monitor the issued Critical Maintenance Report (CMR) / Engineering treatment report (ETR), remind corrective action to concerned section/sub-con.
> Monitor the operation cost and maintain it’s level based on the budget allocation set by the company
> Actively participate and support he implementation of Quality and Environmental Management System Projects.
> Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
> With Plastic Injection Molding experience

PCBAssembly


Qualifications:
> Preferably an Electrical Engineering graduate
> With License
> Can perform administrative tasks, procedures, and hiring and training staff and can manage and monitor manpower
> With at least 3 – 5years experience as Assistant Supervisor related to manufacturing
> Can work under minimum supervision
> Willing to relocate or is residing nearby

Production Planning & Control Section


Qualifications:
> Check the PO and the forecast of sales if material was available to supplier.
> Check the prepared forecast and PO to suppliers.
> Can communicate well to supplier with regards to delivery concern most especially urgent matter.
> Check if all the material requisition and analysis is according to the Production schedule.
> Check the purchasing and warehouse report submitted by the subordinates.
> Check the inventory report submitted by the warehouse in-charge.
> Monitor the overall Purchasing and Warehouse functions.
> Check the proper usage of crushed material based on mixing ratio given by production.
> Provide and check all monthly and annually report of warehouse and purchasing matter.
> facilitate the meeting with regards to purchasing and warehouse matter internal and external issues.
> Can work in a multi tasking skills and can support sales section if needed.

Production Planning & Control Section


Qualifications:
> Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
> Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
> Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
> Higlhlevel of accuracy and attention to detail
> Language skills in English and Japanese
> Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business or related field
> Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
> Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
> Willingness to travel
> Established contacts in media
> With background in Plastic Injection Molding
