This year, Bigmate Philippines Inc. celebrates 25 years of providing high-quality plastic injection molding solutions. Since our founding in 2000, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for industries such as automotive, electronics, amusement and consumer goods. In addition to our molding expertise, we’ve expanded our services to include SMT (Surface Mount Technology) process and PCB Assembly, delivering complete and reliable manufacturing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Our Journey
Bigmate was built on a simple vision: to provide reliable and innovative molding services. Over the past 25 years, we’ve expanded our capabilities, upgraded our technology, and built strong relationships with clients worldwide. Our growth has been driven by the trust our clients place in us and our unwavering commitment to delivering products with the highest standards of quality and precision.
What We’ve Achieved
- 2001–2009: Entered export markets with products for electronics manufacturers and began high-volume production of DVD cases (1M pcs/month).
- 2005: Achieved ISO 9001 / 14001:2004 certifications and launched SMT and PCB Assembly services for consumer electronics companies.
- 2012–2017: Diversified into amusement, automotive, instant camera, and thermos bottle products, incorporating advanced processes like plating, painting, and printing.
- 2023–2025: Expanded into new markets with car air conditioning ducts, electronic musical instrument parts, vehicle fragrance cases, and motorcycle parts.
